There are many companies out there that will list in their proposals how educated they are in their field. Many will go on to tell you their background, years on the job, etc. Speaking candidly, how is any of that telling you how the person is going to be to work with? This is why we stress communication: both listening and in speaking, and education to the client.
Upon signing with us, we immediately schedule a seminar to offer the unit owners an education to condo living. Many condo owners are first time buyers, and do not necessarily know what condo ownership entails. Our seminars educate the building so they know what to expect. Our belief in education helps to make the unit owner feel secure in their investment, and saves surprises that would otherwise cause resentment later.

Customer Service plays a major role in our communication with Developers and Board Members. So many companies lose sight of this. My experience in having worked for other firms attests to this as well. You have to hear the client, and listen to their requests before answering.
